大阪市北区 東梅田駅近くの博多豚骨ラーメンのお店。
本店は兵庫県宝塚市。こちらは支店だが、こっちのほうが有名かもしれない。
場所が飲み屋街の中、通し営業と飲み会の締めに使う人も沢山いるんじゃないだろうか。
評価点はこのとき3.56。本店もだいたい同じ点数。
豚骨ラーメンとして比較的お手頃価格で運営されている。
このあいだ(4月1日)800円に値上げしたばかりだが、仕方ないところ。
ラーメン並・麺硬めで注文してみた。
極細麺なので茹で上がりはとっても早い。
ちょっと臭みのあるトロッとした豚骨スープ。うん、いい感じ。
麺は程よく硬めでよい。これ以上硬いのはギリギリなので、このくらいが私にピッタリだ。
スープが絡んでちょうどいい。
他の具はネギ、チャーシュー、きくらげ。
卓上には紅生姜やゴマもある。後半は味変のつもりで多めに投入してみた。
生姜の酸味が効いてまた美味しい。
スープと相乗効果でなんだか脂分が甘く感じられて面白いなあ。
とにかく、さらっと食べてさらっと出るお店です。
