新潟の旅、二日目の朝はニューオータニ長岡で朝ごはん‼️
朝食はバイキング形式です、早めの時間帯でまだヒトも少なめです。
バイキングの内容は極一般的な内容ですが、「五十六カレー」なるものが!?
長岡出身の山本五十六が好んで食べていたカレーをニューオータニが再現したようです。
なかなか奥深い辛さのカレーで美味しくいただきました。
食器に何か違和感が!?
ホテルの食器によく使用されているノリタケ食器、金縁の模様が何かいつもと違う!?
よーく見ると金縁はニューオータニのマークです、ノリタケ食器の特注品かな!?
