先日、長岡での法事の後、親族４名で、ホテルニューオータニ長岡にあるアゼリアさんでランチビュッフェをいただきました。
ニューオータニ、、とはいえ、長岡価格 (^ω^)
リーズナブルです。
こちらのビュッフェ、、パスタ・魚・肉の週替わり３種類から、メインディッシュを１品選べます。
私はもちろん魚をチョイス
「鯖のソテー グルノーブル風」
焼き具合が絶妙なさばぁ～ん♪ 美味しいです。
ほか３名がチョイスした肉料理
「ポークフィレ肉とチーズ 大葉フライ」
フィレ肉が柔らかくて、こちらも美味しかったとのこと
兄は、舞茸の入った「五十六カレー」が気に入ったようで、おかわりしてました。
私は、目の前で焼いてくれたパンケーキが気に入りました。

前回はランチでしたが、今回は朝食ビュッフェで伺いました。
長岡産コシヒカリの新米♪
お惣菜、全般のお味は良かったと思います。
でも、2420円という価格から考慮すると、品数はもう少しほしいところ。。
ランチビュッフェは、お得感ありましたが、
朝食ビュッフェは、少し残念でした。
