平日の正午近くに伺いました。
荷物が多かったので、女将さん？が気を利かせて、カウンター席でも一番広い、端っこの席に案内してくださいました。
醤油より塩の方が、しょっぱくないと思い、塩ラーメンの中盛りをオーダー。600yen。
大盛りまで無料とは！本当は大盛りにしたいところでしたが、今日のところは様子見という事で。
給仕されるまで、壁の写真を眺めていました。
中には白黒の写真があったり、このお店の歴代のご主人の若かりし頃の写真でしょうか？
愉快な写真が多くて、見飽きませんでした。
ただ、カレンダーの写真が、高校時代の体育のおじいちゃん先生にソックリで、ドキッとしましたよ。
ノスタルジーに浸っているところに塩ラーメン到着。
きれいに透き通った黄金色のスープ。煮干しっぽい香り。
スープを一口啜ると、うーん、私には少ししょっぱいかなと思いましたが、次第に慣れてきて美味しくいただきました。
具材はバラ肉のチャーシュー、メンマ、ほうれん草、ねぎ。麺は縮れ麺。お隣のご常連らしき男性は、平打ち麺をオーダーされていました。
ほとんどが、おひとり様で黙食。
中盛りは楽勝だったので、次回は大盛りに決定です。
