こちらは、蓼科のオーベルジュの中のレストラン。
食事が終わってからきづいたのだが、フレンチのTOP100だった。それで完全に油断していてお見せできる写真はありません。
こちら、オーナーさんが日本のジビエ協会の会長をやられているとかで、ジビエに力を入れているとのこと。
そこで、オーベルジュに宿泊がてら、メインの肉料理に鹿のステーキが入ったディナーコースを予約。もちろん、ジビエのみのコースもあるが、ちょっとお値段があれで予算オーバーになるので遠慮した。
料理の感想としては、前菜から最後の料理まで、実に手が込んでいて、それでいて、どの料理も確実に味覚にヒット。他の高級レストランでは、一つや二つヒットしない料理があったりするが、何から何まで美味しく感じられたのは始めてかもしれない。
メニューにはないが、近所で取れたという、聞いたことの無い名前のキノコをたくさん見せてくれ、好みの調理法で出してくれたのも、面白い体験だった。ちょうどキノコの豊富な季節に訪問できてとてもラッキー。
オーナーさんやマダムも、とても気さくに話しかけたくれて、楽しく充実したディナーが堪能できた。
宿泊施設としては、建物は新しくないものの、いい意味で味があり、中はきれいで快適に宿泊できた。
八ヶ岳周辺でちょっとリッチに宿泊をするなら是非とも検討のひとつに入れて欲しい宿だし、食事だけの立ち寄りもできるので、食事だけリッチにというかたにとおすすめの素晴らしいレストラン。そこで次のマイ基準に従って4.5としておきたい。
