There seemed to be space for this shop on the first basement floor, but it wasn't being used for lunch today. Entry time is 12:30. At this point, there were 6 pairs of customers and 1 quartet of customers. I wasn't sure exactly how many seats there were at this restaurant, but I think there were probably 6 seats at the L-shaped counter in front of the pizza oven, 10 two-person tables, and one four-person table. think. Well, it's just a possibility. I was seated at one of the L-shaped counter seats in front of the pizza oven. After being seated, I looked at the lunch menu on the counter and decided for a while. The lunch course at this restaurant is A is pasta or pizza, salad, and drink, B is A + assorted appetizers, and C is salad, bread, assorted appetizers, today's course pasta (half portion), and today's fish. D had an assortment of appetizers, Meat Dishes, today's course pasta (half portion), a fish dish, Meat Dishes, a dessert, and a drink. For each of these lunch courses, there were five types of pizza and six types of pasta to choose from. So, after considering for a while which one to choose, I decided on "Speciale der Pranzo A" for ¥1,280. As for pizza or pasta, I asked for the ``Margherita'' among the pizzas. There was a nice pizza oven right in front of the counter where I passed. After seeing this, I couldn't help but order pizza. The drinks in this A.Pranzo course were coffee (cold or hot), black tea (cold or hot), espresso, oolong tea, orange juice, or grapefruit juice, so I chose the ``iced coffee.'' We ask that this drink be served at the same time as the pizza. After ordering, the salad arrived within 3 minutes, the pizza within 8 minutes, and the iced coffee within 10 minutes. 1. Speciale der Pranzo A (1) Margherita pizza was served in a white ceramic plate about 25cm in diameter. The size of the pizza on this plate is about 25cm in diameter, which is the same size as the plate. It's the size of a delivery pizza called M size. It is pre-cut into six equal parts. This dough is a Neapolitan pizza style dough with raised edges. The sauce and ingredients on top of the dough were Margherita, so it was like tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves, and a light drizzle of olive oil was added. Now, let's actually have a slice of pizza. I think the sourness of the tomato sauce is a little stronger. However, the sour taste quickly disappears from your mouth. Well, the freshness of the tomatoes left an impression on me. After that, the flavor of basil and bitterness appeared, and the flavor of olive oil lingered in the mouth until the end. I guess the mozzarella is a little on the heavy side. Could this possibly be mozzarella made with milk from dairy cows rather than buffalo? I don't know. However, I think the mozzarella in a Margherita in this price range was on the lighter side. The height of the rise of the dough is moderate, neither high nor low. There's also a fair amount of dough packed into the raised edges. However, I think it had a good balance of filling and lightness, with lots of tiny air bubbles. The mound of dough is about 1.5cm wide, and from there the dough is stretched thinly and thinly. The dough in the stretched areas was tight and stuffy, but the chewy dough had a fairly strong stretch and was relatively light. (2) Salad The salad was served in a white ceramic salad bowl about 18cm in diameter and 2cm deep. The vegetables in the salad were lettuce, mizuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and radish. I think the dressing was Italian Cuisine dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. The vegetables are crisp. Since the dressing was thin, the slightly bitterness of the vegetables remained in the mouth and added to the refreshing feeling. (3) Iced coffee The iced coffee was served in a glass glass with a diameter of 6 cm and a depth of 20 cm, with a constriction in the middle. Finally, I drank this iced coffee, which had a slightly fragrant and bitter taste, in one go and enjoyed my meal. Just like that, you can finish eating one pizza in no time. It was a delicious Margherita pizza with a good balance of lightness and filling. It seemed perfect for lunch.
