【4-minute walk from Yudanaka Onsen Station】A specialty pudding shop using eggs from our own poultry farm, proudly claiming the freshest in Japan.
In July 2018, a pudding specialty shop opened for the first time in Yudanaka Onsen. We operate a poultry farm in Nagano Prefecture, focusing on local Shinshu feed. Every morning, we receive fresh eggs... laid by chickens raised in the beautiful nature of Shinshu to make our puddings.
With the desire to create a local specialty souvenir for Yudanaka Onsen, we have repurposed an empty house in the onsen town. We utilize local ingredients to craft fresh, handmade puddings that showcase the charm of Yudanaka Onsen and introduce a new local delicacy.
