After much deliberation between the tantanmen and shoyu ramen, I ultimately chose the shoyu. The owner runs the place single-handedly. Taking my first sip of the soup, I was immediately impressed by its delicious flavor! While I'm usually not a fan of broths with dried sardines, this one had no unpleasant aroma and was exceptionally well-balanced. Simply put, it was outstanding. The noodles paired perfectly with the soup as well. Next time, I think I'll try the tantanmen.
