3月14日(月)
母の抗がん剤治療のため、小田原に来ております。
お昼、今日は鴨宮方面に用事があったので、そちらの方で店を検索。
BMしてる中から評価の高い とらたま さんに行ってきました(^.^)
開店直後の11時10分ごろ到着。
２台分ある駐車場、１台分空いてました。
店に入ると先客３人。
俺もひとつ空いてるカウンター席に座りました。
メニューを見た。
塩ちゃーしゅーらーめん（1100円）がイチオシ、一番人気らしい。
それをお願いしました。
平日ランチタイムは半ライスが無料でしたので、もちろんお願いしました(^.^)
10分かからないぐらいで着丼。
まずスープをひと口。
うん、おいしい～！
塩ラーメンですがアッサリな感じではない。
濁った系のスープ。
魚介の風味もほのかにします。
魚介というか、貝を感じます。
濃厚で、旨味たっぷりのスープ。
すごくおいしい！
こういうタイプの塩ラーメンは初めてかも(^.^)
麺は中細かな。
少しウェーブ掛かっていて、ツルツルしてますね。
結構白い麺ですね。
スープと良く絡みます。
チャーシューは４枚だったかな。
３枚だったかな。
とっても厚いチャーシュー。
が、しかし！
バラ肉で、ほぼ脂(>_<)
トロトロだと書いてありましたが、ほぼ脂なのだからトロトロなのは当たり前だよ(-_-;)
肉の部分も多少あったが、もう脂の印象しか無いね～。
大した味付けも無いから、ただ脂食ってる感じ。
53歳になった俺には、ちょっと辛いですね～(-_-;)
あとは海苔、ナルト、ネギ、メンマ。
メンマはなかなか美味しかった(^.^)
スープはめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
病みつきになる旨さと言ってもいい。
ただ、ちゃーしゅーらーめんのチャーシューが好みではなかったな～。
ちゃーしゅーらーめん以外を食べていたら、4.0つけてたかも(^.^)
