駅至近。これがこのお店の強み。帰宅途中にサッと立ち寄れる利便性は地元の若い人達に重宝されているようだ。天然木やレンガを基調とした内装も落ち着きと寛ぎを感じさせる。
所用を済ませてふらりと立ち寄ってみたが、初めて訪れる小生にもそんな雰囲気が居心地の良さとなって感じられた。
当日は新型コロナウイルス感染による緊急事態宣言による休業期間を経て再開業したばかりの様子。その喜びからか、カウンターの中からは活発な掛け声や笑い声が聞こえる。
さてさて、
◆トマトとバジルの冷製パスタ
当日の蒸し暑さから、これをオーダーした。
サラダのような装いは爽やかな印象。パスタは大盛りのようなボリュームだ。
極細のカッペリーニはよく冷えていて舌先の感触が心地良い。炒めたガーリックのオイルで和えてあるが、あまり香りは感じられなかった。
特筆すべきは大きめにカットされたトマトの美味さ。フルーツのような甘みと爽やかな酸味を併せ持つ。それにバジルとパルメザンチーズのマッチングが良かった。
今度は夜にチャレンジしてみよう。
