平日のランチへ伺いました。
場所は東急田園都市線の溝の口駅から、JR線路沿いに徒歩7分程度の所に有ります。
カウンター8席､4人テーブル2卓､2名テーブル2卓と個室が有ります。
12時の入店で先客3グループ6名です。
カウンター席の一番端への案内です。
荷物が有ったのですが、隣のお客さんが来るまでカウンターの椅子に荷物を置いてくださいと気遣い頂きます。
数量限定の「スペシャル日替わり膳」1,800円をお願いしました。
今日の日替わりは「目抜けの塩麹焼」です。
“ほうじ茶”をいただきなら約10分で配膳です。
「スペシャル日替わり膳」は、目抜けの塩麹焼､蕎麦､小鉢､漬け物と味噌汁です。
「目抜けの塩麹焼」は脂がのっていてほんのり甘く美味しいですね。
小鉢は「水菜としめじの和物」で、脂がのった「目抜けの塩麹焼」の口直しに良いですね。
蕎麦はどちらかと言うと柔らかめです。
蕎麦つゆは少し濃い感じで甘味は強く無く辛めです。配膳された蕎麦湯で頂きましたがちょっと塩気が強かったです。
最初に、ほうじ茶で料理には煎茶が配膳されます。
デザートは「きな粉のアイス黒蜜かけ」です。
カチカチに凍っていましたが、黒蜜の甘さときな粉の風味が良く有っています。甘過ぎないのが良いですね。
支払いを済ませて退店すると､しっかりとお見送りをしてくれます。
ホールの方々はとてもホスピタリティが良くて良いですね。
美味しい和食に丁寧な接客で素晴らしいお店です。
ただ高級なお店なので､ちょっとお値段高めです。
