お昼はどうしてもラーメンが食べたいという家族の意見を尊重し、ラーメン屋としては一番通っているであろうこちらの店に。
この店では半分くらいの確率で全部のせラーメンを頼んでいますが、この日は12/1〜1/14まで期間限定の「激辛三昧」をチョイス。時々、無性に辛いものが食べたい時ってありますよね？
紹介文によると、
「期間限定麺『激辛三昧』は、毎年販売と同時にその病みつきのお客様の圧倒的支持を受けています。
辛みの強い赤唐辛子とフレッシュな爽やかさを感じる辛みの青唐辛子、痺れ感が味わえる山椒辣油という3種の辛みを掛け合わせたラーメンです。
餡かけの具材は麻婆豆腐風ですが、鶏軟骨入りのひき肉がコリコリとした良いアクセントになっています。」
とのこと。
気になる結果は、、、紹介文に偽りなし！待っている間どのくらい辛いのだろうかと戦々恐々でしたがさすが七志。確かに辛いのですが、味を壊すことなく旨味が辛さを上回る絶妙なバランス。辛味としては山椒が一番主張してるかな？辛いものの欲求を満たしながら、うまいラーメンを食べた充実感まで味わえて大満足！
お値段は1,250円と余裕の1,000円超えでラーメンも高くなったな〜と改めて感じましたが、まぁしゃーない。値段に見合うだけのクオリティですし、原料高に負けず必要な価格転嫁はしっかりしてもらって今後も末長く営業してもらいたいものです。
