つけ麺と最後まで悩んだけど中華そばを注文。トッピングで味玉頼むんだったなぁ。。と後ろ髪を引かれていると早くも来丼！ノーマルの中華そばの割にトッピングが色々と乗っていて賑やかで嬉しいです。結果、味玉よりこの昭和感を彷彿とさせる中華そばには素朴な普通のゆで卵の方が合ってました。
太麺寄りの中太麺はツルツルもちもちしていてスープともよく絡みます。適度な弾力があり食べ応えも充実しています。少し甘みを感じるスープは主張しすぎない魚介を感じます。ほかにも魚介を冠したラーメンメニューが2品有ったので、普通の中華そばでも魚介を感じられるとは少し意外でした。でもこの魚介の香りが有るのと無いのとでは大違い。このスープをより深いものにしているのは間違いありません。
今までに食べた中華そば、醤油ラーメンの中でもベスト3には間違いなく入ると思います。
それでも、大将曰く魚介ラーメンにハマると、この中華そばには戻ってこられないんだそう。
うわー、、そっちも気になる、、今日はまだ食べ歩きの予定があるので我慢ですが、いつかまた鎌倉に来る事があったら、魚介ラーメン頂きます！つけ麺も！ごちそうさまでした。
