家族４人で日曜、ディナーに訪問。
見た目ファミリーレストランのようないでたちですが、実際には本格的な焼肉です。
タン先、ヒレ肉、レバー、若鳥もも（味噌）、旨辛チーズリゾット、和牛炙り寿司が特に美味しくて、また来たいなと思わせてくれる焼肉屋さんでした。赤身肉をしっかりと準備してくれているところがうれしい。

ここはタンをどう味わいたいかで好みは変わりそうですが、私はタン先のほうが好きで、再注文。食べやすさがあります。１枚１枚しっかりとタンを味わいたいなら上タン塩のほうが良いと思います。

小さな４切れで１人前なので少し分量が少ないですが、赤身肉を柔らかくいただきたいならヒレ肉で決まり。柔らかく手美味しいです。

和牛ハラミと迷いましたが、ハラミのほうが赤身感が強いと推察して、ハラミを注文。実際、赤身感の楽しめるハラミでした。
◆レバー ８５０円 ｘ１ タレ
いい味だしてて、コスパの高いレバーと思います。少し分厚いので火の通りが心配でしたが、割と柔らかいまますんなりと火が通りました。
◆若鶏もも ７８０円 ｘ２ 味噌
おー、これ旨い！味噌の味がしっかりと主張してくれて、若鶏のシャバシャバ感はなく、美味しく食べられました！
◆トントロ ７８０円 ｘ１ 塩
こちらは石焼ビビンバに載せて、一緒に食べました。トントロの食感とニンニク焼きの香りとビビンバを混ぜて食べるのが好きなものでｗｗ

辛さは控えめですが、チーズの味と辛旨さがうまくまじりあって美味しかったです。

石焼温度がもう少しあってほしいなと思いつつ、それなりにおこげは作れます。
じゅ～っという音がけたたましくでるほどには石は焼かれていませんでした。

肉やビビンバと一緒に食べるためのサイドディッシュ。ごま油ではなくバター焼きです。
