少し前にオープンしたラーメン屋。
注文したのは、味玉濃厚白湯らぁ麺 塩。
麺は細麺か中細麺かいうことで中細麺をチョイスしたけど、実物は
むしろ中太麺かな。硬めの。
不覚にもリフトアップ前の写真を撮り忘れたぞ。
スープは豚骨かと思うくらい濃厚。
とろとろの味玉もいい。
ひととおり楽しんだら、おすすめの卓上調味料を試す。
まずは黒煎り七味．．これは結構いい香りがする。
続いてフルーツ酢．．．ほんのり甘い不思議な味だけど、これは好き
嫌いが分かれるかもね。
