ランチの坦々麺が人気だが、夜の一人飲みにも使える
新幹線出張帰りの一人飲みに訪問。
坦々麺メニューが豊富で四川タイプ（麻辣）も正宗タイプ（コク旨）も汁あり、汁なし、つけ麺と色々なバリエーションから選べる。名物メニューは正宗（汁なし）だが、今日は辛麺が食べたかったので赤坦々麺の汁ありを頂いた。麻辣に酸味が加わっているタイプで花椒の痺れが効いてて美味い。
コロナ禍前には一人飲みはしなかったのだが、生ビールと生レモンサワーを飲む間のつまみに大好きなキクラゲ炒めと美味しい餃子も独り占め状態で堪能した。
アスリート向けのヘルシー中華という変わった趣向の店だが、アスリートのサイン色紙が沢山かかっていて、店内はサラリーマン団体客で賑わっている。
キクラゲ・餃子共にイチオシメニューの位置づけで両方美味い。
野菜料理一品、点心一品、麺という組み合わせはカウンターでの一人飲みにちょうど良いメニュー構成で今後も使わせてもらえそう。

鈴鹿でF1を見た帰りに遅めの一人飯で担々麺を食べに訪問。
覚悟はしてたが、鈴鹿サーキットを出て稲生駅で電車に乗るまででの人の数が凄まじく、何とかJR関西本線に乗った後の電車も通勤ラッシュレベルの混み方だった。
一緒に観戦したメンバーとは名古屋駅で別れて、ぐったりした状態で新幹線に乗車。車中でビールを飲みたい衝動を堪えて、新横浜に着いた後はこちらに直行。
四川担々麺（汁あり）と正宗担々麺（汁なし）も魅力的だったが、今回もお決まりの赤担々麺を最も辛いレベル5でお願いした。F1を見てアドレナリンが出まくった後に身体が辛いものを欲しているようだ。
担々麺という料理は辛いタイプと辛くないタイプそれぞれか美味いものだが、本当に辛い担々麺を食べたい時はこちらの赤担々麺はおあつらえ向き。極めて辛い。
チェイサーにハイボールを飲んで舌を冷ましながら、汗だくになって頂いた。スープも美味いのだが、さすがに辛過ぎてあまり飲めなかった。
中国に住んでた頃は辛さの耐性にはかなり自信があったが、帰国して5年も経ってだいぶ弱体化した気がする。
次はアドレナリンが出ていない時に四川担々麺か正宗担々麺を頂こうと思う。
