横浜市北区日吉にある洋食店。
洋食の100名店2023に選出。
昔から知名度がある洋食店です。
平日夜の訪問18時。
お店は空いて居ました。
卓上には食卓塩と胡椒。
メニューは色々と洋食メニューがあり、
カレーもあり迷う。
色々食べられそうな、
あれもこれもプレート2680円を注文。税込
特製ハンバーグ・エビフライ・カニクリームコロッケとスパゲティの盛り合わせ。
ナポリタンかミートソースを選択可能で、
ナポリタンを選択。
程なくしてタバスコ・粉チーズ・ソースがスタンバイ。
15分ほどで料理提供。
熱々に炒め上げられたナポリタンの香りが香ばしい！
思ったよりだいぶ盛りがいいです。
マッシュルーム・ハム・玉ねぎ・ピーマンなど入った王道かつプロの味のナポリタン。
これは美味しい。
エビフライもキチンとタルタル添え。
ちょっと下味の塩味が気になるが、
プリッとした海老をカラッと揚げていて◯
カニクリームコロッケは本格洋食のとろけたカニクリームが入っていてとても美味しい。
これぞ洋食の真髄。
トマトソース添えで手が混んでいます。
キャベツサラダには玉ねぎドレッシングがかかり、
ソースでも楽しめる。
マカロニサラダも美味しい。
特製ハンバーグはこちらの代名詞
肉肉しいタイプのハンバーグで、
４日かけて仕上げるというデミグラスは苦味ばしった大人の味。ちょっとコーヒー感？
西洋ワサビのタルタルが載せられていて、
デミグラスと合わせて食べると苦味が中和される。
こだわりのハンバーグと言った感じです。
全体的に美味しい洋食でした。
次回はやっぱりカレーが食べたい。
あとポークソテー。
また来たいと思える洋食の名店でした。
