I finally got it in. I discovered this restaurant during the coronavirus pandemic, but it was crowded, so I gave up, but then I remembered and made a reservation. Inside the store, there is a semi-private room on the right, and there is a counter with 7 seats in the front. About. What's more, the owner is operating the restaurant by himself, and while the preparation is good, it seems difficult to accommodate everyone. Only 2 groups on this day. It's probably the same with meat, but we're also particular about eggs! The chawanmushi is simply made with eggs and salt, and is simply delicious. Cow tongue is made with different variations such as salt and wasabi for each half. The taste was a little strong, as it was made by mixing raw meat, eggs, and a gel made from dashi stock. Salad and chicken dish are served, and the main Sukiyaki! It's still delicious ( ◠‿◠ ) The white rice is great even if you have it with only salt first. The second bowl is rice with egg. it's the best. The dessert is the best strawberries from Hiratsuka. Might be the best run I've ever had. Apparently it doesn't come around that much. It was delicious.
