Our ingredients are sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture as much as possible: fresh fish delivered directly from Meizu Port, local chicken from Aoshima, ingredients delivered directly from the producers, Sadowara eggplant, flying new balls from Nobeoka, corn gold rush from Saito, We purchase large bunch potatoes from Nichinan, raw hebesu from Hinata, kumquats (by chance) mangoes, etc. depending on the season! |

野毛のはしご酒。今夜の1軒目
どこで夕飯を食べようか、ぴおシティでも行ってみようかと、そぞろ歩いていたところ、
オイラの前を歩いていたオジサンが、迷いもなく、スッと店に入る。
これは常連さんだなと直感し、常連のいる店は良店という格言❓を思い出す(笑)
ならば、ということで、オイラも入店。
お独り様なので、カウンターへ通される。
まずは生ビール。
店が推す、宮崎日向夏ラガーというモノにしてみる。
フルーツラガーと謳うだけあって、柑橘系のアロマ。
以前、ZOOで吞んだブルームーンを思い出した。
お通しが立派。
ベビー帆立の、明太子マヨネーズがけが旨し。
アテには、鶏ハラミ炭火焼きをオーダー。
柚子胡椒をつけると旨し‼️
世の中には、黒いのがイヤという人もいるねぇ。
でも、これは肉が焦げてるんじゃなくて、炭が付着してるだけだよねー。
ビールが切れたので、王禄 純米本生60無濾過をオーダー。
うーむ、口から迎えにいかなければ。

〆には鶏スープのサービス。
これは、鳥伊勢の方が旨いかな。。。
宮崎愛に溢れるチェーン店だね。
