Safe, secure and delicious! A self-service restaurant that is unique to Sanuki udon! The noodles are made without any processed starch or additives, and are made from 100% high-quality Sanuki no Yume
...wheat flour, giving them the best chewy texture and just the right amount of firmness. You can always enjoy freshly boiled noodles. The soup stock is made from dried sardines from Ibukijima, Kan'onji City, which are bred in the Seto Inland Sea. Please enjoy the natural soup stock, which is free of chemical seasonings and has a rich, strong, and pleasant flavor.
