岩手県遠征でいただいたラーメン、寒くなって来てそろそろ雪の季節、ラーメンが旨くなって来ますね。
さて今回は北上市のラーメン屋さんに来店してみました。真っ暗な中にラーメン屋さんがありました。周りは畑？住宅地？みたいな感じですが開店前には10人くらいの並びになってました。
開店して中に入って券売機で塩ラーメンの食券を購入します。友人は鶏白湯でした。
さて15分くらいでラーメンが提供されました。
半濁りのスープを一口、塩味の前に鶏油からのコクと油っこさ、後からあっさりした塩の味です。
一口が凄く美味しい、ちなみに鶏白湯はかなり重かったと友人が言ってました。見た目な泡系のラーメンですね。
麺は中細のストレートの麺で硬めの茹で具合で、歯でパツンと切れるぐらいです。麺量は150gぐらいかな、普通の麺量でした。
トッピングはチャーシューが、2種類で後は細切りメンマと海苔、ネギと三つ葉かな。チャーシューはレアなチャーシューと普通の丸いチャーシューですが、丸いチャーシューが香ばしい醤油味で美味しかったですよ。
さて全体的にあっさりした味ですんなり食べれちゃいました。この辺にあまりない鶏出汁なのも良いですね。次はお昼に来て鶏白湯でしょうか。
