山岡家の創業店である牛久店へ行って来ました
山岡家と言うと1号店は北海道じゃない?って方が多いと思いますが
1988年ラーメン山岡家の1号店として牛久店がオープンしました
関東を中心に店舗を増やしながら
ラーメンの本場である北海道で勝負したいと言う思いで
1992年に北海道へ進出して札幌のすすきのへ出店しました
その後、全国展開へ発展していきました
今回は山岡家の聖地巡礼として訪問しました
店内には「山岡家はここから始まった!!山岡家1号店」の掲示がありました
今回はベーシックに醤油ラーメンを購入します
お好みは全部普通でお願いしました
約10分で着ら〜です
お味は
旨味たっぷりの濃厚豚骨スープ
スープの絡みよい中太麺
チャーシューレンソウとヤクミ
なかなか美味しかったです
山岡家は全国チェーンですが
スープは個々の店で豚骨から炊き出しして作られてます
一般的にチェーンの多くはアルバイトでも調合出来るように
スープや具材はCKを利用してる店が殆どですが
山岡家は店内で素材から炊きだしたスープを使用しています、
炊き出しなのでブレもありますがそこが拘りの部分だと思います
午前中からコテコテラーメン食べましたが
満足な一杯です
