あみプレミアムアウトレットで買い物ついでに夕食です。フードコートにラーメン屋さんを見つけて調べると立川、川崎、泉佐野に出店しいるそうです。

味噌や豚骨、油そばなどメニューは豊富。
ワンタンそばと悩んで煮干しを選択。
お腹空いてたのでソースカツ丼セットです。
あご出汁の煮干しは優しい味ですね。
見た目ほど濃くなく、あっさりしてます。
麺は黄色めの細ストレート。
柔らかめですが細麺は好きです。
トッピングはチャーシュー2枚にゆで卵、ネギにメンマに海苔。割と多めです。
麺量もしっかりありました。
ソースカツ丼は生姜焼き用のお肉を揚げたようで、反ってます。
ソースは甘さ控えめです。
紅生姜が付いていたのが良かった。
