オフの今日は県北ドライブグルメ紀行（笑）
昼にTKG祭りを楽しんだあと、城下町出石へ。
昔からうまい蕎麦がたべたくなるとここまで足を運んだよな。
神戸三宮にも出石の皿そばを食べさせてくれる店があるのだが、やはり現地で食べたい。
出石の町を散策して腹ごなしをしたあと、近又（きんまた）さんにやって来た。
ウェイティングボードに名前を記入して待つ・・・。
20分ほどで入店できた。
趣のある古い建屋、椅子席は２卓しかなく、奥座敷に案内される。
接客担当はとても元気で丁寧、とてもいい感じだ。
普段なら私一人で30～40枚は平らげるのだが、今日は昼に食べ過ぎたこともある。
そのうえ、ランチしてから１時間も経っていないので１人前５皿で十分だな。
皿そば２人前を注文してしばらく待つと、大きなお盆で提供された。
「たまごがあるよ（笑） 持って帰ろうか？」
『車の中で割れたら困るし、蕎麦と一緒に食べたほうが美味しいわよ』
まずは塩だけで一皿。
蕎麦の風味がストレートに味わえる。
冷水でキリっと絞められた蕎麦はやっぱりうまい。
出汁につけてずるん。
甘めのカツオ出汁の風味が蕎麦の味を引き立てる。
とろろを入れてずるん。
これが一番好きなヤツ。
芋の甘さとねばり、なめらかさが加わって蕎麦が気持ちよく喉を流れていく。
たまごを割り入れてずるん。
本日15個目のたまご（笑）
でもやっぱりおいしい。
『食べきれないと思っていたけど、するする入ってしまうわ』と連れ。
蕎麦粉は店内で引き立て、蕎麦も職人の手打ち、大きな釜でゆがかれ、すぐに冷水で締められている。これがうまくないはずがないよ。
蕎麦湯をもらってしばし寛ぐ。
白濁した濃厚な蕎麦湯、これもまたうまい。
こんなドライブもいいもんだ。
また食べに来たいよな。でも蕎麦とTKG、どちらかだけにしたほうが良さそうだ( ´∀｀ )
