あっさりとした和風出汁を感じていただける優しい味わいを目指しております。
【スープ」鶏ガラと骨付き鶏肉をじっくりと煮込んでアクを丁寧に取ります。
8種類の野菜を入れ更に煮込み仕上げに、鰹節・煮干し・とび魚で取った魚介の出汁を合わせスープを作っています。
