兵庫県産の小麦を積極的に使い一部の小麦を
自家栽培する小麦からこだわったこだうどん屋さん。

カフェの様な温かみのある店内で1階は週4日の
お昼のみの営業で全26席。
2階はカフェとなっておりスイーツや
コーヒーが置いているそう。

元々讃岐うどんを作っていたそうですが
今は小麦にこだわりオリジナルでブレンドし
麺への思考が変わってきたそうです。

なので私がいただいた時はもっちり弾力があり
コシが少なめの麺でした。

メニューはおうどんをメインにサラダや天ぷらなど
一品料理が小皿であり各200円で追加できます。

先にレジで注文し一品料理はその場で受け渡し。
おうどんは注文が入ってから茹でるので
席に持ってきてくれるスタイルです。

大きな天然なめこが入ったのでオススメされ注文。

おうどんは温・冷が選べます。
