一瞬通り過ぎそうになったのですが扉を開けると
天井高く開放感のある店内で
建具の木のブラウンと植栽のグリーン
ライブ感たっぷりな広めのオープンキッチンで
すごく心地の良い店内
座席の間隔やカウンターの広さもあり
ほどよいカジュアル感がかえって上質です
奥には小上がりの個室もあり
お子様にも優しく
ママさんランチにもよく使われているお店だそうです

今回は4400円のランチのコースを注文
桃のドリンクを頼んだら
ベリーのような色味でさっぱり大人な雰囲気のソフトドリンクでした
一品目の「ウニととうもろこしのプリン」が
あまりに美味しくて
濃厚なとうもろこしの甘味とウニがよく合います
おかわりしたいほどでした
こちらのお店の名物スペシャリテの様で
この時期を待ち侘びるお客様もいるのだとか
納得の一品で
次の料理への期待値も一気に上がります
次は夏野菜のテリーヌ
芸術品の様な美しさで
ジュレで形を形成しつつ夏野菜の旨みもしっかり
メインは牛のグリルステーキ
申し分のない火入れ加減と柔らかさでした
添えてあるグリルのズッキーニや玉ねぎナスなど
お野菜をたっぷり楽しめるのも嬉しい
あまりに美味しすぎて
コースの途中でしたが追加でパスタをお願いしました
お忙しい中にも関わらず快く
ささっと作ってくださった
ヒイカと冬瓜のオイルパスタ からすみ乗せ
たまりませんでした
コースの流れにも合いすぎてて素晴らしい
デザートは量もお味もしっかりされてて
最後まで大満足のコースでした
コスパ良すぎますよ(^^)
