このうどんの味が懐かしい
20数年前に製麺業をしていました。
色んなお店でうどんを食べる時、どうしても
「うちのうどんと……」と比べて食べて
しまいます。
いけやさんのうどんを食べた時、
「似てるな〜」と思い、それ以来
今日で3回目の来店です。
ずっとカレーうどんを注文してましたが、
暑さに負けて、とり天ぶっかけうどん。
美味しかったです。
強いていえば、とり天もう少し
大きいほうがいいかも^_^
また来ます。

またまた、来店！
平日にも関わらず満席のいけやさん。
今日は学生の従業員さんではなく、
大人の従業員さんが接客されてて、
よく気が効く接客で、うれしかった。
そうそう、ポルチーニと牡蠣の
クリームうどんの感想なんですが、
イタリアンでもポルチーニのクリーム
パスタ大好きなので、イメージは
これかな。
うどんはお出汁なんですが、ポルチーニ
の香りが漂っていて、凄く合ってました。
ただ、これは好みですが、
牡蠣はフライじゃない方がいいなぁ〜
でも、美味しかったので、
またきます。
