宿泊していたホテルプラザ神戸にある鉄板焼きのお店です。
鉄板の後ろがオーシャンビューになっていまして、大阪湾を眺めながら食事をすることができます。夕方に行ってしまったので、夜景を見ることはできませんでしたが、それでも開放的な風景は素晴らしいの一言。
素晴らしいロケーションを楽しめます。
家族はもちろん、恋人とのデートや記念日にも利用しやすいお店だと思います。
オーダーしたのは神戸牛と悩みましたが、神戸牛はサーロインということでちょっと脂が強めかなーと思い、国産牛のフィレ肉がメインのコースにしました。
ちょっとした前菜が出てきた後は伊勢海老や野菜がすぐ目の前で香ばしい香りを放ちながら焼かれていきます。
すぐ目の前で焼かれているのはやっぱり嬉しいですね。
伊勢海老はしっかり美味しいし、焼き野菜は甘くそれぞれの野菜の旨味がしっかりと感じられました。
メインのお肉は国産牛で充分！と思えるほど柔らかくて味わいがしっかりと感じられる素晴らしいお肉！
甘い、柔らかい。大満足です。
ちなみにガーリックライスはお店の特徴が一番出るかもしれませんね。
こちらのお店は卵をしっかりと使ったガーリックチャーハンのような味わいでした。
