摂津本山駅から北西へすぐのところにあるイタリアンです
メニューは良い感じで好きそうなメニューがたくさんあり、目移りしてしまいます
まずは、ハイボールですハイボールのメニューが「ノーマル」「まろやか」「スモーキー」「すっきり」のような4種類あり、なんのウイスキーを使用しているかが全く分かりません
銘柄を確認して注文しましたが、ノーマル（450円）はジムビーム、スモーキーはタラモアなどを使用しているようでした
◆サーモン燻製（330円）
横に塩が添えてあります
燻製の風味も良い感じなのですが、塩があることで更に引き立ちますサーモンの燻製自体は、量は少なめでしたが、値段相応でした
◆ガーリックトースト（330円）
ジェノベーゼのガーリックソースをのせて焼き上げたガーリックトーストです
そのまま食べても美味しいです
ここで、赤ワインを注文しました
迷ったのですが、やはりハズレの少ないシラー（3,300円）をお願いしました
ミディアムボディですが飲みやすく、思わずおかわりしてしまいました（笑）
◆国産牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮込み～赤味噌のアクセント～（1,650円）
国産牛ホホ肉が、ゴロっとした塊肉でした
柔らかくは煮込まれていますが、お箸で崩れるほどではなく、カレー用の塊肉といった感じに近かったです
ソースは、赤味噌がアクセントというよりも、赤ワインの味わいを赤味噌がすべて上回っている感じで、赤味噌が勝ってしまっていました
ただ、味は美味しかったですし、バゲットにつけてもよく合いました
◆小海老とキノコのゆず胡椒アヒージョ バゲット付き（1,100円）
アヒージョの中にゆず胡椒が入っているため、少しピリ辛な大人味のアヒージョでした
美味しくて、これもバゲットによく合います
◆バゲット（220円）
赤ワイン煮込みやアヒージョにバゲットがよく合うので、追加でお願いしました
◆和を纏った但馬鶏のソテー（1,705円）
白味噌と酒粕にブルーチーズをアクセントに加えたソースで焼き上げているそうです
これ絶対に美味しくないわけがないですね！
思っているよりもボリュームたっぷりのソテーで、周りのソースだけでお酒が何杯もいけてしまいそうです
但馬鶏も柔らかくて、ジューシーに焼き上げられていました
パスタかリゾットも頂きたかったのですが、お腹がいっぱいになってしまい断念…
また他のメニューも頂いてみたいです
