閉店が決まってからというもの、
ランチの列は長くなる一方です。
以前の「一心」もそうでした。
「惜別」の念がこうした閉店間際の
駆け込み需要を引き起こすんでしょうけど
鉄道のラストランに大挙押し寄せる
「葬式鉄」と似た感じがします。
「仔豚ランチ」は
「鶏のフライ」です。
チキンカツよりちょっと白身魚フライのような
柔らかいパン粉が使われています。
オーソドックスな洋食屋のソースが
いいですね。数あった「呉の洋食屋」の
灯がまた一つ消えてゆきます。
