久しぶりに三吉店に来ました。初めての訪問から三十年以上になります。
店内縦長のカウンター席のみですが40人位は入れる位の広さです。
注文は中華そば大(940円)。
中華そば、尾道ラーメンです。スープは出汁しっかりでちょうど良い醤油の加減。背脂少なめであっさり飲めます。
麺は平麺でちょうど良い硬さ。ちゃーしゅーは柔らかい。昔と変わらない味、最高です。
