My 1-night, 2-day trip to Hiroshima came to an end (^^;; I wanted to eat something delicious to finish off my trip, so I was looking for dinner near Hiroshima Station when I thought, ``I guess I'll finish Okonomiyaki right?'' ･ω･)ﾉ'' I went to a place called Hiroshima Full Focus Building near Hiroshima Station ٩( ᐛ )و On the 6th floor of this building, there are many Okonomiyaki restaurants, all of which serve food stall style. It's nice to be able to enjoy the atmosphere and the aroma of Okonomiyaki just by passing in front of the shop (*^^*)b This shop is also a stall-style shop with 14 counter seats only. The staff skillfully grills Okonomiyaki on the griddle in front of you (ﾟωﾟ) The scale of the restaurant is amazing, and even though you might have thought they asked for orders for several customers at once, they ended up making Okonomiyaki for each person individually. Instead, they start making everyone's portions at once (2nd and 3rd photos)! It's impressive (ﾟωﾟ) It's fun to watch the performance of Okonomiyaki being made, so you don't have to wait too long. (￣∇￣) It was fun to feel like I was watching a live performance ✨ When the okonomiyaki is finished, the staff will call out to you, so bring Okonomiyaki near you and eat it (1st photo) )♪ Then, when I was looking at Okonomiyaki, I started wanting alcohol, so I ordered the "Hiroshima Lemon Sour" (I forgot to take a picture of the alcohol...^^;).First, I took a big bite!...It was cold and cold. It was delicious~~~~(*´∇｀*) By the way, Okonomiyaki I ordered was the ``Meatama'' (first photo, 800 yen), and Okonomiyaki contains standard pork.The pork is fatty. It was juicy and delicious ♪ Also, you can choose between udon or soba for the noodles inside Okonomiyaki. Both the dough and the sauce were delicious ☺️ Okonomiyaki is really good after all... After this, I thought, I went to Hiroshima Station to buy Momiji Manju as a souvenir (lol)
