横川エリアの人気店『びんちょうや』さん。
その名の通り、鮮度抜群の厳選素材を備長炭で香ばしく焼き上げてくれます。
19:00に予約、すでに我々の席以外はすべて埋まっています。
まずは、セセリ・ハツ・つくねなどのお馴染みメニューをタレで頼みます。
そしてこれも定番の"皮"は、博多焼き鳥風の「とり皮グルグル巻」スタイル。広島ではなかなか味わえません。
"豚バラ"は一般的なものより大き目で、肉汁がとんでもなく美味しく、挟まれた玉ねぎも豚の旨味をさらに引き立てています。
"ささみ"は特に鮮度を大切にしているため、注文が入ってから切り分けるというこだわりよう。しっとり食感と旨味が際立ちます。
中でもおススメは数量限定の、"上肝"と"牛サーロイン"。
上肝は、その名の通り上物が入荷しないと提供されません。味付けは"ゴマ油"、"タレ"、"塩"をそれぞれ頼みシェア。新鮮でフワフワ、絶品です。
牛サーロインは、その旨味が凝縮されており、まさしく"牛"を堪能できます。
一品料理からは"焼枝豆"を。病みつきになる味付けですので、始めにオーダーして箸休め的にいただくといいかも。
数ある串焼きメニュー。これは全品制覇したくなる、逸品揃いでした。
