ネギチャーシューメンを頼みました。
ネギチャーシューメンの麺は中細の弱縮れ麺で、茹で加減は気持ち硬めで、量はちょうど良く、香りはオーソドックスな中華麺といった印象で悪くはなく、適度にスープに絡んで食べやすかったです。
スープは鶏ガラ系ベースの醤油味で、塩っぱさが薄めで物足りなく、深みは程よく、背脂の臭みはなく、コショウとの相性は良かったです。
トッピングのチャーシューは塩っぱさが強めで、味付けネギの量は少なめでしたが味付けは良く、海苔の香りも良く、ワカメの量は多めでした。
