There was no big name in Gunma yet, and Jiro was only available at Keishoken's Fujimen. Everyone was surprised by Ramen served by the Takasaki branch of this restaurant. Time passed, and the Takasaki store disappeared, leaving only this one. But it's long here. I thought it would be a good thing for Tabelog, but when I checked, it turned out to be much better and weighed about 2.5 kg. The capacity of the Y is about 2 kg, so I can easily use AUTO lol.The clerk said that 1.5 kg of Yasai Mashi is fine.I was told that I could add more later if necessary, but that's not possible, and I probably won't be able to add more lol.There were also a few customers in front of me. The ratio with cabbage is about 1:9. Overwhelming bean sprout style. When I ate about half of it, I could see the noodles. Now, the battle with Asakusa Kaikaroumen begins. Thick noodles with a chewy, slightly wavy texture. I start eating quickly, but the bowl isn't that big, so I can easily eat all the noodles. Is the problem really that bad? . . lol I think the soup was lighter in the past, but it was a pork soup that was full of pork. The taste of junk chemistry also shines. I finished eating all the pork. I managed to eat just enough. I made it better and didn't have to leave anything behind. You should listen to the staff's advice carefully (warning lol) I was able to enjoy the nostalgic taste for the first time in a while. A cup of Jiro Inspa, a popular family-friendly drink.
