お昼前に高山に到着して車を止めたら、古い町並みをそぞろ歩き。
飛騨牛の握り寿司がいただけるお店は何軒かありますが、その一つが此方のお店。
以前訪れた飛騨 こって牛の向かい側にあります。
5～6人ほど並んでました。
飛騨牛握り寿司は、3種類ありますが、その中から一番高い飛騨牛プレミアム寿司(2貫900円)をいただきました(^'^)
この後、色々食べ歩きしたかったので、主人と２人で2貫です。
飛騨牛プレミアム寿司は、牛一頭からわずかに取れる希少部位を使用した、大トロのような食感が味わえるお寿司と書いてありました。
少し甘めのタレに山葵が乗っています。
普通に美味しかったけど、飛騨 こって牛の時ほど感動はなかったですが、一口サイズでペロっといただけるので、食べ歩きにはお勧めです。
