岐阜県の八百津町は栗きんとんの発祥の地らしく、近場に有名どころが集まっています。
主人の実家は緑屋さん推しで、他店を食べたことがなかったので今回は他店3店舗めぐり。
こちらは裏ごしされたベースの栗きんとんに硬めのつぶつぶ栗がアクセントになってます。
2日目に食べたのですが、他の店舗より乾燥してなかったのは砂糖やお塩の割合が多少多めなのかな？
