「極め濃厚煮干しらーめん」
鰹の香りが心地よい。濃厚なのにグビグビ飲めちゃう不思議なスープ。とろろ昆布を混ぜると旨みが増すような気がします。大きめにカットされたタマネギがいいアクセントになってて美味しいのです。
「特製六三六らーめん」
日本の美味しい煮干しと北海道産の昆布でだしを取り、14時間豚骨を煮込み、別鍋で5時間鶏ガラを煮出し、その二つを合わせて野菜を入れ、更に5時間煮込んだ普通の3倍手間のかかる製法で作り込んでいます！
