夕食ビュッフェ
この日は会津若松の東山温泉に宿泊です。
市街地から、雪の中、坂道を上っていきます。
こちらの宿の食事は、朝夕ビュッフェです。
期間限定でズワイガニが食べ放題になっていました。
開始する時間帯が区切られています。
席数は100席以上ありますかね。
かなり広いです。
品数はかなり豊富です。
50種類ではきかないかもしれません。
ファミレスで注文できるようなものは
和洋中すべて揃っている印象です。
どんどん補充され、品切れはほとんど見かけませんでした。
さらに、会津の郷土料理、こづゆ、馬肉の煮込み、ソースカツ丼などがあり
ローカルフードを堪能できます。
ステーキや寿司はライブキッチンで、
目の前で作ってくれます。
味の方は若干の当たり外れはあるものの、
良くも悪くもファミレス程度のレベルは保たれ、
味のせいで箸が進まないものはありませんでした。
個人的には蕎麦がうまいと思いましたが、
ある意味、どこでも食べられるので、
できるだけローカルフードを食べるべきだったかなと思いました。

というわけで、夕食のときに気になったものは
夕食のときに食べるのがいいようです。
朝ビュッフェでローカルフード的な位置づけは
喜多方ラーメンですかね。
