18時頃に入店！
既にカウンターには3人の常連さんが、グラス片手に仕上がっているご様子！
店に入ると… その御三方に、頭の上からつま先まで舐め回す様に見られる… 知らねぇ顔だなぁと言わんばかりに見ていた常連さんに、軽い会釈でご挨拶し、奥の座敷に案内される！
以前に、チャーシュー麺を食べた事があったが、脂身多めのトロトロチャーシューだったような記憶が…
この日はあっさりとタンメン＋餃子をオーダー！
10分程で着丼！
タンメンはかなり具沢山！ 野菜だけでなく、肉も沢山入っている。 麺までなかなか辿り着けない！
スープはあっさりだけど、胡麻油の香りが効いていてコクもあり美味しい！ 麺は自家製らしく、多加水の中太ストレート麺！ ツルツルとした歯触りに、噛みごたえある食感！
餃子は大きくて、皮はモチモチ！具材はかなりジューシー！ 小籠包の様に、噛むと汁が飛び出します！
30分程で店を後に… 帰りにも常連さん達に舐め回す様に見られ、軽い会釈でご挨拶！
この時間に一人でカウンターで食べるのは、ハードル高めなお店です…
