たまには焼肉を食べようと、以前は3ヶ月は待たないと予約が取れない「窯焼き割烹 黒泉」さんの後に、懐食みちばさんと同時期に開店した「肉匠みちば」さんにランチで訪問しました。
お店はキテミテマツドのBF1にあります。
同じ系列でも、ろくさん亭、懐食みちばは予約が取りにくいのですが、此方は予約なしでも入れて価格帯も大変リーズナブルになっています♪
席は、80席もあるので昼時ても4人掛けの
小上がり席を1人で専有ですね。
オーダーは、タブレットからで今回は、お店のランチの一押しらしい「みちば特製焼きすき定食」を注文しました。
中身は、牛ロース3枚、豚バラ3枚に卵スープ、キムチともやしのナムル、肉は卵黄割下ソースで食べると美味しいとのアドバイス！
今日は、午後からも仕事なのでビールは飲みませんが、お店にはお酒も含んだドリンクバーもあって酒好きには嬉しい限りです♪
肝心なお味ですが、ちょっと肉の質が…微妙でした。でもこの価格なので仕方ないかとは思います。
同じ道場六三郎さん監修の店舗でも大衆路線を狙ったお店でした。次は同じフロアの懐食みちばさんを3ヶ月先に予約しようと思います。
