お昼も夜も何度かお邪魔していますが、いつうかがっても、何をいただいても、タイトル通り、広くて気持ちのよい空間でおいしい食事がいただけます。
給仕してくださる社長さんやスタッフの方々は朗らかで、ほんとうに心からこのお仕事が好きでやられているんだろうな～と思わせられます。
食材や食べ方の説明もほどよく、愛情がこもっています。
お野菜を美味しくいただくことのできるお店ということですが、お野菜以外のお料理もどれも美味しいです。
感動したのはフォカッチャ。
切って出すだけではなく、お店で焼き上げたものをリベイクしてくださってるのかな？ 少し時間がかかりますが、ほかほかで香ばしく、何度もおかわりしてしまいます。
味付けも、しっかり風味があるのに、必要最低限のお塩や油！といった感じ。
あくまでも素材を信頼している、そんな味付けです。
最後には必ずお野菜のケーキをいただきます。
毎週末、いえ毎日通いたいくらいのお店です。
