日曜17時過ぎ訪店。29の日、ということで家族3人で赤門に。15分ほど待ち。
先ずは、29の日メニューから、肉の日大皿(600g、¥3278)をオーダー。霜降り上カルビとジューシーカルビの盛り合わせで、焼くと脂が多くて炎が大きく上がる。タレは定番の会長Goタレ。程よく甘く脂の多い肉にも合う。ライスセット(¥429)は、おかわり自由のライスにナムルにワカメスープのこれも定番。結局、ロース(¥550)などもたっぷり追加したが、一人2500円にもならず。こんなことで良いのか。

日曜肉の日17時前訪店。2カ月連続の肉の日に赤門へ。早い時間なので、3組ほどの待ちで、15分ほどで案内された。休日の17時頃は混むかのクリティカルタイム。私らの後には行列が一気に伸びていた。
今回もスーパーテンダー定食(¥1296)をベースに、霜降り上カルビ、中落ち塩タン、3倍もやしナムル(各¥421)を追加。
これで満腹感あり。

GW祝日金曜肉の日訪店。これだけで待ちを避けられない日だとわかるが、行ってしまった。18時半頃到着。名前と電話番号を書いて、買い物などへ。20時になっても電話が来ないので戻ると、あと数組。そこから待つこと20分。やっと案内された。休日の肉の日は小さい子のいる家族連れが多く、回転が悪い。
まずは、スーパーテンダー定食（\1296）を人数分。結構テンダーロインは量が多い。それにライス、わかめスープ、キャベツサラダ、キムチがつく。これをベースに単品をオーダーするのが良い。テンダーロインを無煙ロースターで焼いても、あまり硬くならない。タレは辛口で楽しむ。タレの種類が多くて悩むが、どれか好きなのを決めて使うのが良い。
霜降上カルビ(\421)・・・きれいな網目状の脂肪が入っている。量も結構多い。
大盛ジューシーカルビ(\734)・・・大盛りとあるがあまり普通と変わらないように感じたが。
中落塩タン(\421)・・・これが一番うまい。レモンを絞り、レモンたれでいただくと引き立つ。
やみつきキャベツ(\313)・・・ちょっとした箸休めに良い。ニンニクがそこそこ効いている。
トロホルモン(\421)・・・脂のかたまり。だがこれが良い。
というわけで、これにデザートを頼んでも一人2500円程度。これは安い。
しかし、待たせないための工夫、入り口の狭さ、オーダー失注の多さなど改善の余地はたくさんある。

土曜16時前訪店。2月は29日の代わりに月末の3日間が肉の日。そういう日は、通し営業をしているので、食事の時間を外すに限る。それでも指定駐車場は満車で別のコインパーキングに。
肉の日大皿(¥3278)から。ジューシーカルビ、霜降上カルビ600g。サンチュに巻いて、ちょっと甘めの会長goタレを合わせて。追加でタンなど。
和牛ユッケ(¥1529)を初めてオーダー。お値段に比して、量は少ないが仕方ない。卵に絡ませると、豊かな味わい。
