子供の幼稚園のお誕生会でいただいたのがバロン。
それでこちらのお店の存在を知り、商品の美味しさに魅せられて、誕生日やクリスマスなどのケーキイベントはこちらで買っています。
最近はその日になかなか揃わずホールケーキとご無沙汰なのが残念(笑)
クリームがあっさり軽いしスポンジもふわふわでしつこくないのが良いのです。
焼き菓子のセットは贈答用に重宝しています。
バラ売りで自分用にあれやこれや買ったりも。
去年はチョココーティングしたレーズンにはまりました。
もうじきクリスマス。
今年はどんなケーキがあるかしら？
今回買ったのはブールブランシュ。ババロアの中にレモンのジュレ。
バロン…風の船の塩クリームと梨のブッセ。
それ以外は過去の写真です。やわ栗。ピスタチオ。
