こちらが本店で、葛西にもあります。
独立店として国府台にも店舗あり。
店内入るとニンニクのいい香り
パンチの強そうな味噌をチョイス、全部入りで！
スープ濃厚なとろっとしたスープ、ニンニクは聞いてますがしっかり味噌の旨味も感じられます
ニンニクに頼りすぎてない感じがナイス
麺は中太ストレート麺、160g
麺量が記載してあるのは分かりやすくて◎
スープとの絡みもよき
全部入りにしたことでとんでもないトッピングの量！
チャーシューがごろっごろ入ってます、柔らかく炊かれてて美味しい！
この日も地元の常連さんがチラホラ
