千葉の栄町にある人気焼肉店。
最強のタンが食べられると聞いていたので楽しみでした。
予約はしてなかったので当日に電話し、16:00からの1時間なら入れるという事だったので早い時間でお邪魔しました。
店内は純然な町焼肉の様相で店主？のお爺ちゃんがTV観ながらくつろいでます。猫もいるのでアレルギーの人注意。
注文は下記。

上タンを食べてみたかったですが予約で完売。しかしノーマルタン塩でも他の店では上タンとして出している部位との事。
その味わいは別格。およそ理想的なタン。都内で食べるフルアテンド系焼肉と比べてもこっちの方が美味いと思う。
カルビやロースは脂が強いが上質な脂。重さよりも甘さが印象的。
上ミノは食感が良いですね。生臭さは一切無いです。
お会計は一人当たり7700円。これは米を食べずに肉を詰め込んだ結果であり、利用平均額は大幅に上回ってしまいました。
ですがそれを踏まえても都内の高級焼肉の半額近く、それでいて満足度はこちらも負けていない。
お米とタン塩で優勝するのが必勝パターンかもしれません。
