[Uncompromising pursuit] The ultimate Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)! Enjoy a bowl of the ever-evolving Shin Group's finest ramen!!
A fusion of Aomori and Hokkaido! We create a bowl of noodles that has a nostalgic taste, but cannot be imitated anywhere else. At first glance, the dried sardines stand out, but we have made efforts t |
For Ramen that day, I went to a Ramen shop in Hirosaki City, where I heard that their dried sardine Ramen was delicious. When I arrived, the shop was full with people waiting inside. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was shown to a counter seat. I bought a Nibochu from the ticket machine. After waiting for about 10 minutes, Ramen arrived. It was quite rich, and looked quite viscous. First, I took a sip of the soup, which was indeed a rich dried sardine flavor, but not too strong. I think I could get addicted to the sticky flavor. The noodles were medium-thick and curly. The chewy texture went well with the soup. The toppings were large pork char siu and thick bamboo shoots. The pork char siu was made from pork belly, and I was happy with the soft texture and the satisfying size. The bamboo shoots were strongly seasoned and had a nice chewy texture, which made them delicious. I was able to eat a lot of delicious dried sardines. I'm glad I came. I could see why so many people had come (^^)
