この日は友人がガッツリした煮干しラーメンを食べたいとのことで、青森市内の煮干しラーメンのお店に、こちらのお店は国道4号線沿いにあっていつも混んでます。ラーメン頼むとライスが無料みたいですね。
着いた時はやはりほぼ満席、券売機で一撃煮干しの食券を購入して、少し待つとテーブル席に案内されました。１０分くらいでラーメンが到着、魚粉と言うか煮干しの粉がたっぷりです。泡立てたスープにガッツリ乗ってますよ
さてスープから強烈な煮干しの味としょっぱさがガッリきますね。パンチ力が半端ないなぁ。豚骨煮干しなんですが煮干しのインパクトが強いですね。後味がコーヒーですね。
麺は中太のストレート麺で硬めの茹で具合です。スープが濃いのでストレートだと助かりますね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギととろろ昆布です。チャーシューは豚で、あまり味付け気にならないのはスープの力ですかね。あと意外ととろろ昆布が良い感じに旨いですね。なんでか分かりませんが、さて、友人的には大満足な一杯だったみたいです。
そのうち、また行こうと言われそうですね。
