しかも大好きなラピスありました！
秋田食①でまさかの生もの提供不可。
では、と2件目に突入。
同じく赤れんが館通り沿いにあります。
コチラは炊き餃子？がウリらしいですね。
明るい店内はカウンターと一段高いテーブル席。
心地よい雰囲気のお店です。
席に座り、即座に刺身2種盛りをオーダー。
今度は有りました(^^)
そしてメニューを見ると何と。
新政No,6があります。
しかし高価…
期待もせずに、念のため他の新政は有りますか？
と伺いますと、
エクリュとラピスがありますとの事。
ビンゴ〜！
新政の中でも1番好きなのがラピスですので、
コレは是非飲んで欲しいと同行者におすすめ。
先ほどのお店とは違い、グラスでの一合でしたが、このお酒は木の香りはしない方が良いです(^^)
ピリッとした炭酸感と酸味、若干低アルコールのため水のような喉越し。
同行者は初めてらしく、驚いていました。
しかし水？の訳ありませんね。
少し酔いが、、、(^^)
オススメの炊き餃子を山椒で。旨し。
残りのスープに追加麺。
締め完了！
初日2件目にして不思議な達成感。
明日からの仕事、頑張れそうです。
